Ersel Banca Privata SpA, in continuity with its history started in 1936, focuses exclusively on Wealth Management, a choice that reflects the desire to exclude possible conflicts of interest that can be generated with other activities, such as investment banking or business financing. Moreover, private banking, excluding trading, placement as collateral or financing, does not expose the bank to the main bank risks.
Three are the fundamental guidelines that develop the activity: asset management, through individual mandates, dedicated SICAV segments and funds; investiment advisory, through portfolio advisory mandates and assistance on legal and inheritance issues related to assets, the execution of investments arranged directly by the customer, with access to major international financial markets.
Unlike other Italian operators, Ersel does not resort to an external sales network, preferring to rely on internal professionals able to analyze the needs of each individual customer. Total integration of the structure allows to offer a personalized service and in line with the expectations of the most demanding customers.
