Guidelines adopted by Ersel for personal data protection

What information does Ersel collect?

Ersel collects information through the website: 
  • through the form that clients fill out to receive the newsletter on the Group funds’ stakes and performance and the “Orizzonti” general newsletter;  
  • through the contact form;
  • in the Personal Profile section of the area reserved for clients, where the latter may enter their email address to receive newsletters, marketing communications regarding Ersel services and products and invitations to events and exhibitions. 
 
Other types of data may be required in relation to specific contractual provisions applicable to the products and services described or offered on the website. 

 

 

For what purposes and how does Ersel process personal data?

Ersel may use your email address and/or phone numbers to provide you information about services and events related to the company. Ersel may also use your email address and/or phone numbers for internal analyses in order to obtain feedback on the products and services offered, the website or other activities involving you as a client or interested party.

 

Such data may also be processed to provide you services and to meet legal requirements. Data are processed in order to provide clients with all necessary or useful information in relation to the services currently offered or that may be provided in the future. Moreover, such data, properly stored, enables us to recognise you easily and promptly provide you with any information requested, as well as to inform you about any services of interest that Group companies currently offer or may offer in the future. 
 

This data processing shall be carried out mainly by means of IT tools for data recording, management and transmission. For recording and identification purposes, data will be stored in Ersel information systems.

 
Ersel adopts specific security measures in order to ensure data confidentialityand such measures evolve over time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

 

 

Is it possible to know what personal data Ersel is in possession of?

You have the right to know what data Ersel has collected, and how it uses them as well as the right, upon request to Ersel, to verify such data and obtain their correction, integration, updating or cancellation.
